Body Doubling

Gender Neutral & Women-Only Groups

This is a safe, supportive space to practice body doubling—a simple but powerful strategy where you work alongside someone else (in person or virtually) to stay focused and complete tasks.

You don’t need to work on the same task—just being present while each person works on their own things is enough. This is not babysitting or micromanaging. It’s grown-up parallel play for the ADHD brain.

Atypical Nutrition & Workouts

Gender Neutral Group

Our bodies need to be nourished differently.

This is a space for nutrition and fitness talks that actually fit ADHD and neurodivergent brains. No rigid diets, no “perfect” routines, no shame for skipping workouts.

We share:

  • ADHD-friendly eating tips (protein for focus, balanced blood sugar, hydration hacks)

  • Workouts that hold attention (interval training, short bursts, movement you enjoy)

  • Struggles with executive function (meal prep, remembering to eat, starting workouts)

  • Sensory-friendly food & movement (texture issues, loud gyms, overstimulation)

  • Real talk about binges, burnouts, and restarting without guilt

Supportive, low-pressure, and built for the way your brain actually works.

Accountability Buddy

Gender Neutral Group

This is where you find your accountability buddy(s) to help you actually do the things you keep putting off.

What we do here:

  • Share your goals (work, study, fitness, life admin, creative projects)

  • Check in regularly (daily or weekly updates on progress)

  • Report what you completed and what you struggled with

  • Get gentle pressure from people who understand ADHD procrastination

  • Celebrate small wins together

  • Offer support, not judgment when you slip up

  • Set clear commitments for the week ahead

This isn’t about toxic motivation or shaming. It’s about having people who show up, ask “how’d it go?”, and help you keep going when your brain wants to quit.

Find your buddy, share your goals, and get things done together.

Our bodies need to be nourished differently.

Love Is Love

Parents/Spouses of neurodivergent folks

Gender Neutral Groups

This is a supportive space for parents, spouses, partners, and family members of neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, etc.) who want to understand, support, and connect without judgment.

What we discuss:

  • Understanding neurodivergence – what your loved one’s brain is actually experiencing

  • Communication strategies that work with ND brains, not against them

  • Navigating daily challenges – routines, emotions, executive function struggles, sensory needs

  • Setting boundaries while staying supportive and loving

  • Your own feelings – guilt, frustration, overwhelm, and how to manage them

  • Partner dynamics – balancing needs, intimacy, and co-parenting with an ND partner

  • Supporting without fixing – learning to validate instead of “solve”

  • Finding resources and connecting with others in similar situations

This group is for you – the people who love ND individuals. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Ask questions, share struggles, and learn from others who’ve been there.
